Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. chicken broth plus enough water to make 2 c. liquid
1 c. rice (uncooked)
chopped bell pepper and onion to taste
Preparation
-
Brown and drain sausage.
Add sausage and all remaining ingredients to a baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 if using a glass dish.
This casserole is delicious without the bell pepper and onion.
