Crayfish Etouffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium white onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 c. crayfish tails
4 Tbsp. flour
2 cans chicken broth
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
hot rice
Preparation

Add crayfish tails to mixture and saute 1 minute.
Then add flour.
Mix well and add chicken broth and cayenne pepper.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve over hot rice.
