Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 c. margarine or butter flavored Crisco
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and remaining ingredients.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls on greased baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Fill with Cream Cheese Icing.
