Timko'S Cream Of Po-Cheesy Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large or 3 medium potatoes, cubed
2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. flour
4 tsp. granular chicken bouillon or 4 crushed chicken bouillon cubes
6 c. cold milk
1/2 lb. shredded or small cubed Cheddar cheese
1 c. cubed ham (if desired)
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender in water, but do not overcook. Saute onions and celery in melted butter and margarine.
Add flour and chicken bouillon and stir to blend.
Add milk and stir until thick and smooth.
Add cooked potato cubes and their cooking liquid.
Add and stir in Cheddar cheese until it melts.
If desired, add ham.
Season with white pepper.
