Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove
    1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 lb. elbow macaroni
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil macaroni; drain and set aside.
    Brown ground beef, onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms to beef.
    In a deep casserole, layer half of macaroni, half of sauce mixture, half of sour cream and half of cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese is melted.
