Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 unbaked pie crusts
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. apples (about 6)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Peel, core and slice apples.
Place them on bottom of first crust.
Sprinkle with sugar, flour and lemon juice.
Sprinkle lightly with spices.
Dot with bits of butter.
Place second crust on the pie.
Put 3 to 4 slits in top of crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
