Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) canned or fresh crabmeat
1 (16 oz.) canned or fresh shrimp
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. or more mayonnaise
saltine crackers, crushed and tossed with butter
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cracker crumbs.
Blend well. Place in baking dish; sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs evenly over casserole.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
