Roasted Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes sliced with skins on
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a big plastic bag, place all ingredients; close bag tightly and shake until potatoes are evenly coated.
    Empty potatoes into a shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
