Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shredded hash browns
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    16 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Thaw hash browns and mix with green pepper and onion.
    Stir in soup and sour cream.
    Mix part of cheese into potatoes and salt and pepper.
    Spoon into large baking pan.
    Spread remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until browned.
