Daddy Gene'S Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 small container Cool Whip
2 Pet-Ritz graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Place ice cream in mixing bowl.
Stir just enough to soften. Fold in peanut butter, then Cool Whip.
Spoon into graham cracker crusts.
Freeze 4 to 5 hours before serving.
Makes 2 pies.
Will keep several weeks in freezer.
