Milk Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    cinnamon and sugar mixture to taste
Preparation
    Combine eggs and 1 cup of milk in a bowl; mix well.
    Add sifted flour and salt; mix well.
    Stir in just enough milk until stiff dough forms; knead well.
    Roll into a thin rectangle on a lightly floured surface; dust with additional flour and cut into thin strips.
