Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. crushed saltines
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk, 2/3 cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Stir in corn, onion and pimiento; mix well.
    Turn into 1-quart casserole.
    Toss melted butter with remaining 1/3 cup cracker crumbs; sprinkle atop corn mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
