Chris' Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. oats
    1 c. unsweetened coconut
    1 c. chopped almonds
    1/2 c. raw sunflower seeds
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. pureed dates
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into large bowl.
    Mix well and spread onto cookie sheets.
    Spread to about 1/2-inch thick.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 60 minutes, turning or stirring every 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown or dry.
