Peanut Butter Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. (2 sticks) softened butter or margarine
1/2 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 17 x 11-inch jelly roll pan.
In large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa and baking powder.
In medium size bowl with wooden spoon, beat together the butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in eggs and milk.
Add peanut butter mixture to flour mixture; stir until smooth and well combined.
Spread evenly into greased pan.
Bake brownies about 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 30 brownies.
