Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. snipped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain artichoke hearts and chop.
    Add all other ingredients and place in a buttered shallow baking dish. Cook in oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool for 5 to 8 minutes.
    Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
