Carrots And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn flakes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    3 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. cheese, chopped
    4 c. carrots, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Crush corn flakes and mix with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Set aside.
    Brown onion in remaining butter and add to flour, salt and milk, making a white sauce.
    Cook until thick, remove from burner and add cheese until melted.
    Stir in carrots with sauce. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle corn flakes as topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
