Rice And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Bob Evans mild bulk sausage
    1 medium size onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can milk
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown sausage with onion; drain.
    Add soup and milk and cook until thick.
    Mix in casserole with rice, salt and pepper to taste. Place in 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
    (I cook my rice first in my casserole using 1 cup rice, a little salt and 2 cups of boiling water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Then fold in sausage mixture and finish off uncovered.)
