Beef Stew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef cubes
    6 carrots, cut in fourths
    6 potatoes, cut in fourths
    1 onion, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 lb. can tomatoes
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in covered casserole or roaster and bake for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Makes its own gravy.
    Serves 6.
