Holiday Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 lg. cucumber, peeled and sliced very thin
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine peas, cucumber, water, tarragon and salt in a heavy saucepan.
    Cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine sour cream, mayo and lemon juice.
    Warm over low heat, stirring constantly.
    Stir vegetables into sauce and serve at once.
