Eggplant Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggplants, peeled and sliced
    1 can Italian bread crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 can Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 container Ricotta cheese
Preparation
    Dip sliced eggplants in egg.
    Roll in bread crumbs and fry. In 9 x 13-inch dish, layer eggplants with cheeses, cover with sauce and continue to layer until dish is full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
