Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. almond or vanilla
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 c. white sugar
2 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix the brown sugar, flavoring, 1/2 cup white sugar and sliced peaches together; set aside.
Make batter of the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, melted butter and milk.
Pour batter into baking dish.
Cover with peach mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
If it browns too fast, reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
Serve warm with ice cream.
