Irish Cream Liqueur - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt cream
1 tsp dry instant coffee (can use flavored)
1 tsp chocolate topping
1 to 1 1/2 C whiskey
a few drops coconut extract
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened can milk (can use fat free)
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Will keep several weeks in the refrigerator.
