Karen'S Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 large bag plain Doritos
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken and remove all bones, then chop.
    Blend soups, chili powder and Ro-Tel in blender.
    Add onion and blend smooth. Cut cheese into small cubes and add to soup mixture, then add chicken.
    Mix. Start with a layer of crushed Doritos in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then add a layer of chicken mixture and then Doritos until all is used.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
