Oyster Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box saltines
    2 doz. large oysters, minced
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    oyster juice from drained oysters
Preparation
    Cut
    oysters
    in
    3
    pieces.
    Break
    up saltines.
    In a baking dish
    or large bowl put 1/3 saltines, 1/3 oysters, 1/3 butter and
    parsley.
    Repeat
    this until you have 3 layers of the mixture.
    Drizzle
    oyster
    juice over all and let sit and marinate for 1 1/2 hours.
