Tuna Jackstraw Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can shoestring potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 1/2 oz. or larger) can tuna, drained
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Reserve 1 cup of potatoes for topping.
    Combine remaining potatoes with other ingredients.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Put remaining potatoes on top and bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, for 25 minutes until bubbly.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
