Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, ground coarse
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. ground garlic
    3 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. cumin, ground
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 qt. (more or less) water
    1 medium can crushed tomatoes
    6 jalapenos, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onions, then add remaining ingredients over slow fire.
    Add water and can of tomatoes with juice.
    Cook slowly for 2 hours making sure it does not stick.
    Call the fire department.
