Burger-Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chunky sirloin burger soup (19 oz. each)
    1 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
    1 c. stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. chili powder (optional)
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2-inch), combine ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until rice is done; stir.
    Garnish with sliced, hard-cooked egg, if desired.
    Makes about 5 cups.
