French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, butter, buttermilk and vanilla, then add coconut to fill shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
