Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 medium garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 slices Mozzarella cheese
    2 medium zucchini
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook onion, garlic and oregano in oleo until tender; stir in soup.
    Cut zucchini lengthwise, scoop out pulp and seed, leaving 1/4-inch shell.
    Chop pulp and seeds.
    Brown meat, add 1/4 cup sauce, pulp, bread crumbs and salt.
    Spoon into shell and put in baking dish.
    Pour on remaining sauce.
    Cover, bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Top with cheese.
