Lady Bird Johnson'S Spinach Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spinach
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    6 Tbsp. minced onion
    6 Tbsp. heavy cream
    5 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Place cooked, cleaned spinach
    in
    water
    (or may steam same). Drain thoroughly and chop coarsely.
    Add cheese, onion, cream and 4 tablespoons
    butter.
    Arrange
    in
    shallow
    baking dish and sprinkle with
    crumbs
    mixed
    with\tremaining butter. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
