Nectarine Cobbler(Peach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. nectarines or peaches (nice 'n ripe)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    pastry for 2 crust pie (divided)
    1/2 c. (one stick) butter or margarine, cut in small pieces
    sugar for sprinkling
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Peel and slice fruit into large bowl, add 1 cup sugar and lemon juice and toss.
    Let stand 4 hours or overnight to exude juices.
