Persimmon Pudding(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine persimmon, sugar, eggs, flour, soda, baking powder, spices and salt.
    Blend with mixer.
    Stir in milk and melted butter.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour mixture in 7 x 11 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set and brown.
    Serve when cool with whipped cream if desired.
