Um Um Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 c. corn oil
1 egg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into greased skillet and bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
