Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    garlic powder
    pepper
    salt
    2 Tbsp. hot oil
    6 to 8 potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    1 medium onion, quartered and sliced
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Season
    pork chops with garlic powder, pepper and salt. Brown pork
    chops
    in
    hot oil, then layer in 10 1/2 x 14-inch baking pan.
    Top pork with potatoes.
    Pepper potatoes then top with onion,
    mushrooms and soup.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until
    potatoes
    are
    tender.
    About
    15
    minutes before removing from
    oven,
    remove foil and bake, uncovered.
    Add a salad and you have a good meal.
