Luau Sauce For Ribs, Chicken Or Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches, drained
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 cloves fresh garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender and process on high until smooth. Pour into clean jars with lids. This will keep in the refrigerator indefinitely.
