Red Stew(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef pot roast
    2 carrots, sliced 1/2-inch
    2 celery stalks, sliced 1/2-inch
    1 green pepper, sliced 1/2-inch
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 c. water
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Prepare vegetables.
    Place meat in ovenproof pot.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir to mix.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 3 hours or until meat is tender.
    Check the pot several times, turning meat over and adding additional liquid if necessary.
