Cola Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 beef roast
12 oz. Coke
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Place unseasoned roast
in
baking dish.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Pour
in
Coke.
Cover
and seal tightly with aluminum foil.
Roast in oven at 300\u00b0 until tender.
Time will vary with size of roast.
A 4 pound roast will take 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
