Laredo Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 c. chopped tomato
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz or Cheez Whiz with jalapeno peppers
2 tsp. chili pepper
Preparation

Brown meat; drain off fat and add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve with corn chips if desired.
Serves 6.
