Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
2 c. cabbage, cut finely
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1 medium onion, cut in rings
Preparation

Blend vinegar, sugar, salad oil and salt well. Toss all remaining ingredients together lightly.
Chill several hours before serving.
May be kept in refrigerator for several days.
