Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) hen
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    celery leaves (stalks), chopped
    2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. fat (from chicken stock)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. stock
Preparation
    Place hen in large pot.
    Cook with all seasonings and 3 cups water on high until steaming, on low until tender.
    When chicken is done, remove meat and dice into small pieces.
    Place chicken in large baking dish.
    Brown flour and fat in skillet; add stock and cook until thickened.
    Pour over chicken.
    When pie dough is ready, pour chicken mixture into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes; 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes more.
