Simple Greek Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 (20 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 c. clam broth
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 c. white or brown rice (raw)
1 lb. medium size shrimp, cooked until pink
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained (optional)
1 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation

In an electric skillet, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the green pepper and onion; saute until crisp-tender (about five minutes).
Add the tomatoes and clam broth, the wine and rice. Increase the heat to medium-high and boil for 25 to 30 minutes. Add the shrimp and clams; reduce the heat to medium.
Simmer for three minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish; sprinkle with the Feta cheese.
