Pepper Steak(Slow Cooker) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak (1/2 inch thick)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion
1 small garlic clove
1 large green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 Tbsp. beef flavor base (paste or granular)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Cut round steak into strips.
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Toss with steak strips to coat thoroughly.
Add to electric pot along with onions (minced), garlic clove and green pepper (cut in 1/2-inch strips).
