Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar
2/3 c. thin cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. or more cream
Preparation

Boil together first four ingredients to 238\u00b0.
Remove from heat and let stand until cool.
Beat additional cream, a teaspoon at a time, until mixture becomes light in color and a soft consistency to spread on cake.
