Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples, peeled, quartered and sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

Place apples in a buttered 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, cinnamon and water.
Rub together flour, sugar and butter until crumbly and drop mixture over apples. Bake for about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve warm with cream.
This makes six servings.
