Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk (if using canned potatoes, use 1/2 c. milk)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Add topping and continue baking for 10 minutes.
