Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    6 oz. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together onion, soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
