Crabmeat-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 large mushrooms
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 lb. crabmeat, flaked
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash, dry and remove the stems of the mushrooms.
Melt the butter in a skillet; saute the mushroom caps, hollow side up, for 3 minutes.
Transfer to a buttered shallow baking dish.
