Berry Patch Coffee Cake(Yield: 1 Coffee Cake) - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. red raspberry preserves
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine softened cream cheese, margarine and sugar; mixing until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
Blend in vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients; add alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Dot with preserves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
