Cream Cheese Hearts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8-inch square cheesecloth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla or a few drops almond or lemon extract
1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c. whipping cream
fresh fruit
Preparation

Line six 1/2 cup or eight 1/3 cup heart shape or other molds with damp cheesecloth squares, allowing the cheesecloth to hang over edges.
