Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. sausage (mild)
2 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese (10 to 12 oz. bar)
3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Mix together the sausage, cheese and biscuit mix. Shape into small balls and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
